Long Distance Towing
We tow anywhere in the USA. Although we need at least two weeks’ notice to assist you. We can tow practically anything such as: cars, trucks, as stated; we are available 24/7 and 365 days a year. A tow truck is just a click or a call away. In the past we have towed everything from cars to motorhomes. We’ve gone all across the United States of America to car shows, Expos, and gotten cars bought in the Michiana area to the new owners in Oregon. No state is too far for us. There are certain steps that need to be taken before we tow anything long distance. The vehicle needs to be fully insured (there are certain circumstances that do not require this), the registration, proof of insurance, and our towing forms need to be brought to us so there aren’t any troubles on the way to the destination. If you are the buyer and we are towing to you we will also need the proof of purchase from both the parties (buyer and seller). We don’t want to be towing a vehicle and find out half way there that it is stolen property. Michiana Towing is fully insured so no matter what happens both you and I are covered. In these times we prepare for anything and everything. Michiana Towing leaves no stone unturned when it comes to safety and insurance so you can rest easy while we have your vehicle.
When we schedule a towing appointment we verify in three different ways so no information is mistaken or misread. First we take all the information by phone and repeat it back to you to assure it is all the correct information. Then we send an email containing all the information that was provided to us. If any of this information is not correct please send us back an email or call so we may have it corrected for you. Then we can either send you the information in the mail or we can send it in a text message. Both of these ways are fantastic choices but it is up to you the customer to choose what is best for you.
After all that verification takes place we wait until one week before the towing appointment and then we start the process all over again. We confirm the appointment in three ways. By phone, by email, and by text or mail. This we are positive that you are interested in our services and you know we will be there one half hour prior to the appointment
However if you are ever unsatisfied with the services received or the way one of our staff members or technicians treat you. Please call management and let us know. We would like to have a record of all incidents and deal with then accordingly. Our first priority is our customer and their safety while operating their vehicle. That being said; we will do our absolute best to correct the problem or solve the situation leaving you 100% satisfied with our company and services.
